Ground Floor is an applied study: we go to one place, work alongside the people who make it run, and publish what we learn so the next community can build on it.

Your support covers the work that turns a residency into a public good:

Builders working inside businesses

A small resident team pairs directly with local owners to prototype tools, workflows, and experiments where the work already happens.

The baseline and measurement system

We record how businesses operate today—time, money, skills, trust—so change can be measured against a real starting line.

Local stewards after the visiting team leaves

Funding covers the people and materials that keep the method alive in Goa once the residency ends.

The public report and reusable playbook

Everything we learn is documented as an open record and a practical guide the next community can adapt.
